- 1 pound Fresh or frozen lobster meat
- 1/4 cup good quality mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Tiny pinch of paprika
- Diced celery
Instructions
1. Cook the lobster using boiling or steaming method.
2. Prepare the dressing in a small bowl.
3. Gently chop the cooked lobster meat.
4. Combine the lobster meat, diced celery, and dressing in a bowl.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add diced avocado, red onion, or Dijon mustard for variations. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
