Description

Delicious and versatile egg bite recipes perfect for a quick breakfast, healthy snack, or easy meal prep. Customize with your favorite flavors!


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk or cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Grease a muffin tin or silicone egg bite molds really well.

3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk (or cream), salt, and pepper until everything is well combined and slightly frothy.

4. Stir in the shredded cheese.

5. Add variations ingredients.

6. Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin tin or molds, filling each about 3/4 full.

7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8. Let them cool slightly before removing them from the tin.

6. Additional Notes: These recipes are versatile, so experiment! Sauté vegetables with high water content before adding them. For dairy-free, skip the cheese or use nutritional yeast. Reheat in the oven, microwave, or air fryer.
