Ingredients
- All-purpose flour: 3 cups (360 grams)
- Granulated sugar: 1 ½ cups (300 grams)
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Baking soda: ½ teaspoon
- Salt: ¼ teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Ground nutmeg: ½ teaspoon
- Eggs: 3 large
- Vegetable oil: ¾ cup
- Milk: 1 cup
- Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
- Fresh or frozen blueberries: 1 cup

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
2. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
4. Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
5. Gently fold in blueberries.
6. Pour batter into prepared Bundt pan.
7. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
